This tiny Richmond hideaway creates some of the most delicate and imaginative thin-crust pizzas around - one on the frequently changing menu combines manchego with arugula and three kinds of roasted potato, and another features prosciutto, green garlic, and fontina topped off with a farm-fresh egg sunny side up.
