This tiny Richmond hideaway creates some of the most delicate and imaginative thin-crust pizzas around - one on the frequently changing menu combines manchego with arugula and three kinds of roasted potato, and another features prosciutto, green garlic, and fontina topped off with a farm-fresh egg sunny side up. All are memorably good. Special salads, cheeses, desserts, and wines daily.

    This tiny spot turns out handmade pizzettas, pizzas for one with amazingly thin, crisp crusts that come out of the oven in irregular ovals, topped, perhaps, with nettles, lamb sausage, faintly peppery pea shoot tendrils, and two eggs sunny side up, their yolks still soft enough to ooze golden-orange richness when cut into.
