Description

This Aurora restaurant is owned by Renato Castillo, whose aunt, Francesca Ruiz, owns and operates Los Cabos II. The family-influenced menu offers a mix of coastal seafood dishes, sopas and Peruvian specialties. More than half of the menu was culled from Los Cabos menu, while the remaining plates are all Castillo's mother's recipes. Not surprisingly, the restaurant's signature, namesake cocktail is a big draw.

    Pisco has the best food and drinks. We were there last weekend and had a blast even though they were extremely busy. The manager Sonya was awesome she made sure we knew what were going to eat. She made some wonderful suggestions.

    The bartender made me drinks that I enjoyed very much. All I had to tell him is what I wanted in it and wooow he makes the most awesome drinks.

    What can I say about the food.....it was incredible and bursting with alot of flavor...I have to go back so I already booked the party and cannot wait.
