For those of you who have lived with your feet firmly planted on land, that roughly translates to sailing around Peanut Island aboard a pirate ship with your friends and family. Although Floridians are no strangers to pirate-ship rides, this one is a far cry from that other pirate ride (you know, the one endorsed by a mouse). This ship, measuring 50 feet long, actually goes out into open water. Not only that but kids can find their inner pirate with face-painting, costumes, and firing water cannons while hunting for treasure buried deep in Davy Jones’ locker. The Black Sparrow sets sail multiple times a day and even offers birthday parties and private functions - a service probably not offered by Blackbeard.
