Description

The name of this popular park, and its showpiece peak, may be politically incorrect, but that doesn't seem to keep anyone away. Always a top pick among local outdoorsfolk, the 1.2-mile summit climb offers good views and a decent workout, but the going's often elbow-to-elbow with slumming slackers, families with strollers, ladies in high heels, geeks on cell phones, and huffing and puffing heart-attack victims-to-be. There are other trails, though, and excellent picnic facilities.
