    DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. We purchased a Living Social deal for this restaurant - love using these because they give us a chance to try new places, preferably independent businesses. We were also excited to find a place that offered heart-healthy meals and wanted to be able to recommend it to a friend who recently underwent heart surgery. However, we were greatly disappointed by our experience with Picasso's Bistro. We tried to use our voucher on a Monday, on the last day it was valid. We checked their website for their hours of operation, which were listed as 4:30-9:30 M-Th and 5:00-11:00 Fr-Sa. We drove out to the valley (we live in mid-county) and arrived to find the parking lot empty, lights off, and no hours posted on the restaurant. Another man was in the parking lot apparently on the phone with the same confusion. I called the number on the voucher to ask about the restaurant being open and was scolded for not using my voucher until the last day. The woman on the phone (presumably the owner) told me that I should have called to find out if they were open and that the hours listed on the website were a "glitch" and that they had not been open on Mondays for the past two months. I tried to explain that even if this were the case, it would be the owner's responsibility to correct this "glitch" and ensure accurate advertising, and I asked if she would continue to honor the voucher value. The woman told me that she was being generous by answering the phone when they were closed and that I was arguing with her. If this is the kind of customer service that Picasso's offers over the phone, I wouldn't want to see what it's like in person and won't be returning. Thankfully, Living Social was generous and gave me a credit for my trouble.
