Description

Surprising to most people in old OC is that although still unincorporated, there's an actual city in their county called Ladera Ranch. More surprising still is the fact that it has one of the finest Spanish restaurants around. The proof is the paella, a baked rice dish full of tradition and even more protein. Get your ass to Ladera Ranch, unless you just got it gored by a bull in Pamplona.
