You won't find the name of this newish eatery so funny once you've eaten there-instead, you'll find it just plain accurate (the "-licious" part, especially) after trying the Crispy Egg Rolls, wrapped in fresh greens and dipped in lime chili fish sauce. Or the super-fresh spring rolls, jammed with steamed shrimp and pork and wrapped in translucent rice paper. And the pan-fried rice flour crepe known as Bành Xèo, filled with shrimp, sliced pork and crispy bean sprouts. Don't forget the pho in Pholicious: Try the phò dac biet, a basic beef noodle soup packed with thin slices of rare tender beef, well-done flank, beef brisket, tendon, tripe and beef meatballs. Amazing.
