Phoenix New Times' Description

The latest of chef and restaurateur Aaron May’s string of restaurant concepts, this casual, yet sophisticated modern American beer café in Old Town Scottsdale features a carefully crafted selection of around sixty kinds of suds and a hit-or-miss menu of approachable and constantly changing fare. Grab a cold one and start with a tasty, shareable snack of crispy potato cubes tossed with a truffle aioli, then move on to the stellar Praying Monk gourmet burger or the tender and well-seasoned slow-cooked short rib. Low lights and a setting of worn brick, reclaimed wood, and leatherette booths make the beer sippin’ all the more satisfying.

Try the bavarian pretzel, the foie gras pb&j, the fish and chips, or the pig ears.... Seriously all amazing.

Don't sit at the bar your feet dangle. Need to install a small ledge around the bar to rest feet on. Very uncomfortable. Grab a couch!

Try the Skinny Nun cocktail, it's definitely a tasty beverage.
