As the name would suggest, pho is the house specialty at this budget-friendly neighborhood spot, with quite a few different variations. But because there are more than 160 items on the menu, it's worth it to branch out. We're especially fond of do-it-yourself dishes like shrimp paste grilled on sugarcane, which come with fixins to make your own summer rolls, and raw beef tenderloin that you sizzle on a tabletop grill. And every time we're in the restaurant, nearly all the tables are full of diners slurping down big bowls of meat-filled pho, diving into tasty servings of bun... More »
