The other two locations of Pho Binh (on Beechnut and Mangum) are larger, more convenient and offer more complete menus. But pho fanatics all agree that it's worth the drive to the original Pho Binh in the trailer near I-45 and Beltway 8 South. Even if the pho tasted exactly the same, the colorful experience of eating an early-morning bowl of breakfast soup at Houston's favorite pho trailer is worth the extra effort. Be sure and ask for some extra fat.

    Tucked into a nondescript block of Beamer well south of Hobby Airport lies the Pho Binh trailer and the best soup in Houston.
