Description

This upscale seafood emporium is one of the most beautifully decorated restaurants in the city. A large bar just off the main entry, an open kitchen and a large oyster bar that plays center stage all form the perfect setting for Pesce's beautifully decorated plates. This is a place to see and be seen. An ethereal lobster bisque and a stunningly presented seafood martini are must starters, while the crab cakes, shrimp and grits and seafood a la nage make for an unbelievable main course.

    Pesce doesn't get the respect it deserves among foodies because it's part of the Landry's chain, and though it is a bit pricey, it does fish right. The Spicy Buffalo Calamari is a standout. For $10 you get a heaping portion of golden, fried calamari which can best be described as little ringlets of spicy goodness.
