Whenever we visit Penguin Cafe, we order the Penguin Burger combo: a glorious half-pound patty sparsely decorated with lettuce, pickles and a tomato. It seems unremarkable, something you can grill in your back yard, but the Penguin Burger is the sweetest around: a luscious, massive pillow of juice, man's Perfect Burger. It's served with a side of Thousand Island dressing and thin, crispy fries.
