Pegasus Pizza & Pasta cuts its pepperoni into curlicues and bakes them until they're crisp-magically making them taste like strips of bacon, only with an unusual pungency. You can try this treat in the form of a plain pepperoni pizza. What you really want to do, though, is order the house special, which comes loaded not only with what Pegasus calls "shredded pepperoni," but with spinach, olives, and sunflower seeds. Sounds odd, tastes great.
