Paul's Cocktails, located near the Orange traffic circle, opens at 6 a.m.--perhaps so nearby Chapman University students can have a drink to take the edge off when cramming for finals. There is no happy hour at Paul's, but drinks are fairly cheap, with most draft beers starting at less than $4. The full bar hosts a dozen draft beers, as well as a wide array of bottled and canned brews. Paul's also offers an outdoor patio area with three pool tables, a dart board and a second bar for busy nights. The bartenders, while friendly, are also known for skipping what they consider to be bad songs that are chosen on the jukebox, so choose wisely.

    This place is an alcoholics dream resort. The bar opens at 6AM daily in case you need to Irish up your coffee before work. One of best dive bars in the Orange Circle.

    "Pitcher of Coors?" "Alabama Slammer?" Common phrases in a bar, sure. Only thing is they're not coming out of your mouth, but from the bartender because he friggin' remembered what you ordered last time. With precision and speed, JT knows how to get you drunk at the oh-so-lovable dive bar Paul's in the Orange Circle. But watch yourself: When he's not behind the bar, he works as a bouncer. So if you can't handle your booze, he knows how to throw your ass out, too.
