Description

Homesick Chicagoans and anyone who appreciates stuffed, deep-dish pizza can get their fix at this local chain. The 30-plus topping options include the usual suspects as well as exotica like barbecued chicken, sweet and hot coppa, kalamata olives, and sun-dried tomatoes. There are two varieties of crust (regular and whole wheat) and four kinds of mozzarella (regular, low-fat, soy, and vegan); you can complement your pie with an array of antipasti and salads. The sauce and dough are made daily on the premises, half-baked pies are available for takeout, and you can even get one of those pallid thin-crust New York pizzas if you insist.
