Patty Papadopoulos started this breakfast franchise in the '90s and hatched a family of offspring in the suburbs around Seattle. As time went on, she sold most of her babies, but still maintains this large Greenwood flagship. The formula calls for fast, efficient service with large portions at mid-range (some would say expensive) prices. You need to come prepared to put on the feed bag here. The Nutter Butter French Toast is excellent. The Bigfoot Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs is frightening in size. If you want to go Greek, the Gyros and Eggs comes with pita and tzaziki. Omelettes and scrambles (four eggs) are huge. Now dig in to your big fat Greek breakfast.
