If pizza means fine dining, then Patsy's your place. There's even an on-staff sommelier to go with this upscale pie, a New York institution that uses a coal-burning brick oven to bake its product. Plan on dressing nicely for the ritzy decor, and on paying premium prices for designer touches like oven-roasted sweet peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh garlic.
