This engaging Spanish restaurant is both date destination and birthday party central for the vast surrounding South San Francisco communities. Luckily, the architecture keeps the racket down. Fine tapas include outstanding anchovy-stuffed green olives; seafood entrees are wonderful, including superb paella.
