Pastor Luches Hamilton, who originally hails from Arkansas, is a master of the grill, with slick, lacquered ribs possessing just the right balance of sweetness and spice. Other menu highlights include the beef brisket and perfectly crisp-on-the-outside/juicy-on-the-inside chicken wings. Pastor Hamilton’s warm and friendly demeanor is another big draw. Also offering catering and jars of their famous sauce to-go, a meal here is not just delicious; it's also for a good cause, with proceeds benefiting the Youth College Fund.
