The only non-kosher Persian in town, Pars has a menu with several unusual dishes on it. Take the hilariously named kuku sabzi, for example: a small quiche in which herbs like parsley, coriander, and dill make up the majority of ingredients; or panir sabzi, some of the same herbs served raw and undressed with feta cheese. The idea is to nibble the herbs between bites of other dishes to refresh the palate. These other dishes include the usual kebabs (pick game hen) or stews-don't pick fesenjan, the national dish of chicken in a walnut-pomegranate sauce. It's way too sweet.
Amazing food and great ambiance!!! Delicious bread and appetizers. Must try the eggplant appetizer with yogurt sauce and stuffed grape leaves. The service is nice and very attentive. I love their Baklavah and homemade tea.
