David Parry has sliced off a mini-empire with his four Parry’s pizza joints in the southern suburbs. But while this homegrown chain may grow, the emphasis will remain squarely on quality pies with a variety of toppings (as well as wings, sandwiches and calzones), a comfortable atmosphere, and beer – lots and lots of beer, to satisfy all those thirsty craft-beer fans down south.
