Paris Sandwich's banh mi are different than the Italian bread models we're accustomed to;they deploy real French baguettes which are made on the premises (dig the amazing baguette-slicing machine in the rear). There are nearly a dozen choices of banh mi. Our favorites are grilled pork, Vietnamese meatball (inundated with something that tastes like Russian dressing), and the seemingly redundant "sardine fish." Baguettes made into garlic bread are also available, as is a modest menu of perfectly good Vietnamese standards, including spring and summer rolls, and beef stew and curried chicken, both served with a baguette, of course.
