Famous for their fajitas, Pappasito's has been a staple of Houston dining for generations. This slightly cramped, lively location is always busy, with couples sidling up to the bar for margaritas and others stopping in to grab to-go orders of the thin, crisp chips with sides of guacamole and queso. At sit-down service, tamales and enchiladas are available, and margaritas are practically a requirement here. Mexican and Tex-Mex brunch favorites like migas and huevos rancheros are served on the weekend.
