Horrible!! Well to start off went to a birthday dinner and the waitress (MARTHA) was not the brightest crayon in the box while taking our orders she was standing dancing not listening and we had to practically shout to get her attention and our orders in and repeat them more than a few times. And as far as getting a beer we waited more than 30 min per beer. By this time I had a feeling she would mess up someone’s tab and I was correct some of our friends left early and paid her cash right in front of us and left. At the end of the night when giving out the tabs she stated they had never paid and charged us again (by this time she had already ran the card for the bill which we agreed in order not to cause a scene) when trying to explain the tab was already paid she kept stating they had security cameras and can prove they didn’t pay so we then proceeded to ask for her manager which she never went to go get her manager. After more arguing she then called the police and security stating she was being disrespected the security and police without asking any question grabbed, handcuffed and drug the birthday person and another friend out of the building. It was completely horrifying while outside trying to figure out what just happened (about 45 min) the manager finally came out and said she sent her waitress to charge us and then stated we are never allowed to come back again. What kind of customer service is this especially for a party who spent a few hundred dollars for a manager to never present herself and speak to us very rudely and act in such a ghetto manner and never once even following through on their suggestion of reviewing the video camera footage. And on top of all of this our table took hours to be cleared off and our drinks were practically stacked on top of each other. So if you do end up going there and are waited on by MARTHA ask for another waitress or keep a camera rolling as to be your witness if anything occurs. Will personally never step foot or recommend this place to anyone have been to many birthday dinners and never had such a problem way better places in houston to celebrate.
