The nightclub vibe quickly gives way to glowing studio-quality song rooms, some big enough for 30 crooners. At $20 an hour and up, Palm Tree isn't the cheapest norebang (karaoke in Korean) bar you'll find along Wilshire Boulevard, but it's also not the sketchiest.
