Eat it again, Sam. And again, and again. The exotic Moroccan fare at Casablanca is so stellar that you'll keep coming back for more. The best way to sample it is by ordering a four-course, fixed-price dinner. But fair warning: The kitchen and staff are often overloaded.

It was a nice romantic corner. He gave us the menu and that time the belly dancer. We like the sever she ask us very nicely if we need to drink. We ask her mint tea for all of us. It was like morocco. The host comes back to us the menu it was a nice gentlemen he explain to us the menu. We decide to order the four course dinner. It was a dream comes true. The Hahira soup was excellent as well as the salad all the four salad and plate they have their own flavor. If you taste the b’astilla it was moist and have slavery flavor nicely made as the entrées. We order several tagines. I have the Casablanca couscous it was beautiful flavors all the vegetable all are crispy and fresh. As for my friends all their tagines there are well made by the executive chef of the kitchen. We ask the host who is the chef on the kitchen. He said “that is my wife with her crew on the back.” We ask if we can go and kiss her hand. He said “she is busy.” Plus we saw that the restaurant was full. We wish have this restaurant in aspen Colorado. Please if you go their say “hi” to the chef they are super star of Moroccan cuisine.
