Delicious tandoori breads are made to order inches from your nose: onion kulcha, plain nan, and the potato-stuffed aloo paratha. On the more substantial side, there's tandoori fish, curried spinach, samosa, and chicken jalfrazi, a stew made from ripe tomatoes and sweet peppers, which, amazingly, is not overcooked. With its long hours, this hang was originally created for Muslim cab drivers (the meat is halal), but it's been infiltrated by almost everyone else. Even at peak hours, the food is quickly and efficiently dispensed.
