Ester and Sandy Tran have opened an upscale, authentic Vietnamese restaurant in an old house just off Washington. The cool decor and hip bar are sure to please the younger crowd. They are serving traditional food like pho, nam mi, spring rolls, vermicelli and green mango salad in addition to hipper versions of cubed beef salad and caramelized catfish. The place is small and fills up quickly.
