Description

A high-end formal steak house open 24 hours a day, Pacific Dining Car, across the street from Sonny McLean's Irish Pub, was founded in 1921 by Fred and Grace Cook. U.S.D.A. prime American corn-fed beef is served here, and all steaks are aged in-house and grilled under an open flame.
