Description

Chinese traditionalists will cringe at this import from Arizona, which is about as authentically Chinese as McDonald's is authentically Scottish. Still, authenticity aside, there's some intriguing food to be found here, especially on the appetizer menu. Chang's chicken in soothing lettuce wrap is spectacular. Entrées are mixed. Avoid anything in the too salty black bean sauce; noodle dishes, especially the dandan noodles, are much better.
