Description

Otter's Saloon, located in a triangular building hugged by Central, First and Seventh, is well-known for its rowdy weekend karaoke and cheap - and stiff - drinks. If you prefer to make more frequent showings in the karaoke rotation - or wish to avoid the frat crowd - visit on a weekday night (karaoke is offered 7 nights a week), peruse the extensive song book, and be sure to make friends with one of the many regulars.

    i'm not sure if its a blessing or a curse that i live 3 blocks from the otter. not only is this the best bar in northeast, it's the best bar in minneapolis by far.
