Oscar's is a neighborhood bar among the Camp Bowie watering holes that cater to sports fans and college kids. "I know 80 percent of the people that come in here," the woman working the wooden bar said on a recent visit. The long and narrow space is lit warmly, with the bar on one side of the room across from a few sparse tables and chairs. The red ceramic tiles on the floor give the place a homey feel. The same goes for the customers inside, who all seem to know each other as they discuss the Rangers game on the bar's overhead flat-screen.
