Description

The dark, Americana-littered walls bounce with the sound of live music. The active types sway and sing along an inch from the stage, while the sullen sit in the shadows watching, drinking, and loving every minute of it. There's a pool table, which actually gets used, and a pretty damn respectable draft selection. And, even in its dedication to being Downtown's grimy alternative, it's actually quite clean -- and friendly.

He deftly helps customers navigate a complex beer selection, and he never runs out of drink suggestions, which may include his secret-recipe Mango Madness. Request some obscure, show-offy drink and ask "Can you make that?" and Don will just chuckle. Of course he can.

.....can we please limit the amount of cover bands in FTL. This bar would my favorite bar if it werent for all the cliche cover bands every weekend. That is what puts Poor House over the edge for me.
