OC Weekly's Description
The dive focuses on sphihas, those Middle Eastern flatbreads topped with ingredients that look like a Levantine pizza but are eminently more affordable and delicious. Take a hint from their name and start with a zaatar sphiha, the desiccated herb rub that finds oregano, sesame seeds, olive oil and other dried herbs fighting for supremacy over your palate and reaching a tart truce-here, the zaatar extends from one end of the large, fat flatbread it tops to the other.
Tips from foursquare
Shawarma chicken wrap and grilled cheese wrap really good.
Spicy potatoes abd cheese pie = AMAZING
Cheese & Zaatar pies are so Goood!
Yesterday, I have tried their oven bakeries that are made fresh. They were tasty and delicious. I recommend the "labneh w honey" y "labneh w zaater" beside their premade ones.
