Three Seventy Common
Laguna Beach, CA 92651
OC Weekly's Description
Three Seventy Common is cozy and rustic restaurant in Laguna Beach with incredibly in-depth and beautiful, American comfort food. You will find tasty small bites, juicy scallops, the perfect steak, toasty mac and cheese, exotic bone marrow, and impeccable sides. The best night to visit is Sunday, when the chefs toss out the regular menu and offer a rare thing for Laguna Beach: an affordable multi-course dinner. Owner/chef Ryan Adams has dubbed these family-style suppers "Sunday Socials," and they're evocative of meals at home when everyone’s at the table and the TV's turned off. Every week brings a new protein, sides and dessert. Priced between $16 per person if it's chicken to a few bucks more if it’s a costlier meat, Adams' idea isn't necessarily new, but the downright sincerity in how they do it should make Three Seventy Common more beloved than Sorrento Grille ever was in its 23 years.
I Love this joint, High ceilings, low lighting, Good music most of the time, Fantastic service, epic drinks, and flawless service. I have been here numerous times and tried close to everything on the menu at least once. The food is abso-F#@%ing-lutely scrumptious. I recommend it to anybody looking for a great place to eat. Although there are plenty of good/nice places to eat in Laguna Beach this is by far my favorite. Although, the burger in my opinion is the best I have had, and the fries/chili lime ketchup are as addictive as smoking crack for the first time (I assume) It is a lot of food if you plan on enjoying a night of frosty libations. The bar and grill top (with the friendly service staff and kitchen staff) make it comfortable for a solo diner to to enjoy a bit of conversation and dinner. I will be consistently coming back. If you decide to go here solely on my recommendation and you do truly enjoy yourself, ask your server about the buy your friend a drink board and how you can put a drink on there for me ( Drake Danger )
Tips from foursquare
Robert was such an excellent server! His section was full and he spent a significant amount of time giving us honest and thoughtful suggestions. (Everything is great, by the way)
Legit place to eat and drink as both eats and sips impress. Make a reservation for the tables off the entry or arrive at opening and enjoy the ambiance. Noise is high as people are happy here :)
specialty cocktails, broccolini, foie gras, bone marrow
Get the Sexy Dennis... And smack Mitch on the ass, he LOVES it!
Amazing barrel-aged manhattan!!!
