John Wayne Airport
Santa Ana, CA 92707
The mission of John Wayne Airport is to plan, direct, and provide high quality aviation services and facilities for Orange County in a safe, secure and efficient manner.
Tips from foursquare
The green signs in seating areas at every gate mean that row of seats has power outlets behind it.
Be prepared for the crazy takeoff. Find it pretty amusing that they warn you about it everytime (at least that's what I've experienced on Southwest)
John Wayne has 2 diff checkpoints into the main terminal building within walking distance of each other. you can use either regardless of your actual terminal or gate. if one's packed, try the other.
What other public facility on earth has a 9' bronze statue of "The Duke?"
Much easier than LAX and TSA didn't pat me down, nor use the scanner!
