As the name implies, you don't have to be a baller to afford a drink at this loveable dive. In fact, at three cocktails or domestic beers for $5, you could probably panhandle enough money to buy a drink here in the same amount of time it takes to drink one. In addition to those on a tight budget, the bar also attracts frugal young hipsters looking to throw back a few without turning their pockets inside out. The back of the saloon houses two electronic gambling machines and a pool table, in case you finish a couple of your drinks and one of your hands frees up. Doors open at 8 a.m. for those who like a little bourbon with their eggs.
