Slid over to Fort Worth this weekend & checked out the new Omni FW Convention Center hotel. Reeeally nice. Plush western-themed lobby, w/ a fireplace seating area(yeah, they had it going w/ outside temps in the 90's!) Nice hotel restaurant, AND a Bob's Steakehouse, an upscale winebar, AND a fancy sportstype bar called Whiskey&Rie, w/ tv's & pool tables. Just to show how much class this place has, the gift shop is run by the Kimbell Art Museum! If you're looking for a great hang in FW, this is it.
