With more than 750 locations across the globe, the Italian-American chain was recently the recipient of a flood of free publicity when a review of its Grand Forks, North Dakota location by local food critic Marilyn Hagerty went viral in a major way; Hagerty championed the chicken Alfredo and "Tuscan farmhouse" interior, proclaiming it "the largest and most beautiful restaurant in town."
