There ain't no brie on the menu at Old School Burgers. They offer exactly one kind of cheese: gooey and yellow.     No freezers, no heat lamps, and no microwaves. The burgers are fresh Certified Angus Beef, not frozen, and don’t hit the grill until you order them. The fries are hand-cut throughout the day from real potatoes and, like their burgers, they don’t start cooking them until after you order them
