In the basement of the Old Rock House lies the Smoke Joint, a barbecue spot that provides concertgoers with Memphis-style ribs, Frito pie, chicken and turkey sandwiches, all available during the venue's live concerts. The restaurant's chef, Mark Renaud, competed in barbecue contest Memphis in May (He placed 17th overall out of more than 400 contestants.)

    The stage is nice. The sound is nice. The location is nice. It's the club that all the bands in town like playing the most.
