Oshii is a fun and funky sushi diner in Greenway. Most regular sushi is a dollar apiece, with rolls starting around $5. During happy hours on weekdays from three to seven and on Saturdays and Sundays from four to six, domestic beer is $1.25, imported is $1.75, hot sake is $3 and most appetizers are buy one, get one free. There is free wi-fi, and much of the scruffy, multi-cultural crowd is usually taking advantage of it.

The happy hour -- $1.25 domestics and $1 sushi Mondays through Fridays from 3 to 7 p.m. -- is hard to beat, and the lunch menu is an all-out steal. But... More »
"Happy Hour," in this case, is a misnomer. It should be "Freakin' Ecstatic Hour." From 3-7 p.m. on weekdays and 3-6 p.m. on Saturdays, domestic beer is a mere $1.25, and imports (Asahi Dry, Kirin, Kirin Lite) are only 50 cents more. Or if you prefer alcohol of the rice variety, you can get a large hot sake for $3. Red and white wines are $4 -- same with the awesome apps, which are buy one get one free. This includes edamame, tempura, sushi, fried pork dumplings, onion rings and French... More »
The happy hour here is phenomenal!!! 2 hours of drinks and food, and more food, for
I think of this place as a sushi diner. The prices are reasonable, and the food is excellent. Take a date to happy hour, share Special B, and take advantage of their $1.50 beers.
