Description

Sleek wood, jagged brick and a fireplace give this high-end land-and-sea eatery the supper-club feel designer Knauer Inc., was going for. Of course, that's for those who can afford chef Sonny Pache's extravagant dishes. Take the white truffle caviar deviled eggs appetizer, for starters; and perhaps the house feature of Alaskan king crab ravioli, asiago cheese with roasted tomato cream. There is a menagerie of fish and prime cuts with specialty cocktails to pair with the floor-to-ceiling water wall.
