This "feel good bar" is located downtown atop Dr. Bell's BBQ joint and is the perfect place to hang out, let loose and maybe even dress up in the bar's giant penguin suit. No, really - don't be surprised if a penguin asks you for a dance, because there is a penguin costume that patrons eagerly try on and wear around the bar (usually after a drink or three). O.E. Penguin has a New Orleans Bourbon Street feel written all over it, from the bar to the patio overlooking the strip to the bras hanging around the bar. There are drink specials every night of the week, and popular specialty drinks like the icy blue "Penguin Piss." Bring quarters because the bar has a handful of arcade games.
