A five-room medieval bed and breakfast. All rooms revolve around the Viking theme, whether that be great ships or locker rooms. Best bet: try the great Nordic ship room, suspended above the great hall. For fun, try the live, interactive medieval dinner theater (think Cable Guy). Unfortunately, it's only available with a full house.
