The truth is, when it comes to fusion restaurants, the results can be hit or miss. Some places have simply no business going the route of fusion-styled cuisine. The combinations often make no sense and are about as appealing as sticking your tongue on an icey pole. But not at Ninja Asian Tavern. Simply put, wow. I mean, lettuce wraps with BBQ chicken, vegetable tempura rolls, wasabi wings, dumplings, Korean sliders. The variety here is beyond excellent. As soon as you walk in, you know you're in for a treat. The decor is super clean and modern and it's obvious the staff works hard at maintaining the cleanliness. The space is really well-lit and the brick walls at the back end of the bar give it a fun, lively vibe. This is definitely a great place to go to for an evening out with friends. And the full bar is always a welcome place to make your rounds before going in on one of the most original menus around.
