Ordering at the counter makes for faster service, despite long lines at this Houston institution. It?s hard not to like everything on the extensive and authentic Greek menu. The gyros and lamb shank are legendary. Food is served on Styrofoam plates with plastic utensils that spoil the atmosphere a little but don?t affect the food. Niko Niko?s also has great desserts and baked goods.

Great hummus! Their new breakfast menu is really yummy. Be prepared- there is always a line. But it moves quickly and the food is so good, it's worth the wait!
