Description

This busy, divey bar in a strip mall serves burgers the way God intended: a huge slab of charbroiled ground beef and a thick blanket of a Velveeta-like cheese, slapped onto a Wonder Bready roll that soaks up the drippy juices. The Night Shift also does good Mexican and an eye-opening eggs Benedict on Sunday, but the burger is hard to top.
