Who'd have thunk that this 19th-century factory would one day host the most Martha Stewart-perfect, romantic, firelit, and flower-filled restaurant in town? The weekend brunches are the stuff of legend--five courses plus champagne. Still, it might be argued that the restaurant shines brightest on weekday breakfasts, when the sun streams in through the many windows, glasses of fresh orange juice sit prettily on the tablecloths, and the simple American cuisine glows unadorned.
