Village Voice's Description

Itas true a Warsaw, one of the hottest clubs in Brooklyn doubles as the Polish National Home, hosting Patti Smith one night and throwing a polka party the next a literally. Order up a z-beer, known as Zywiec to Slavic people who can speak without vowels, and take in a show in the huge ballroom. Or skip the band, walk to the other side of the venue, and for next to nothing order up a pile pierogis, kielbasa and sauerkraut, served up by a saucy middle-aged Polish woman with a penchant for leopard print. Time for another z-beer.
